The Beginning of a journey

The first post was kinda mis-aligned, so re-posting it.

This is the first but definitely the biggest blog post. I do not intend to 'write' at all.
After this every post would have very few lines. But keep reading....

Just recently I delved into a new world. A world where I am not a 'kid' anymore, where I have responsibilities and duties. For now, my academic life has halted but the real learning has begun. It's a beginning of a new journey, of a professional life and there is a very long way to go. But these things are part and parcel of life. I think I must do something out of the routine. Something that will not only keep me busy during my 'free-time', but also keep me motivated.

Now life doesn't come with a manual so what we do in the future cannot be 'predicted' or 'decided', but the least we can do is 'enjoy the moment'. Like the popular quote goes, 'Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away', I have decided to make a diary or log of my 'moments'. At present these 'moments' might just as well be simple things, or in many cases just irrelevant instances, but I am pretty sure, a few years down the lane, these will be the moments that will bring a smile to my face. A smile for a lot of reasons; for the stupid things that I did, or for the amazing places I visited or the wonderful people I met or just some dumb blabbering of my thought process on a particular day, because you never realize the true value of the 'moments' until they become a 'memory'.

After a few years when I look in retrospection at these logs, I will be able to judge myself and my life and re-live my journey upto that point.

But this diary is not going to be something in black and white. The world has progressed enough, that I can keep a log of my life in 16 million colors. So that's it. I am going to have a video log, in short a VLog.

Although, these videos are for 'future me' and then for my close friends and family, I am pretty sure there will be people stumbling upon the videos. For this reason, I request everyone who know me, to please not write any 'Private' information as well as avoid using any 'Personally Identifiable Information' anywhere.

Like it's said, the most beautiful thing in this world is to see someone smile, but whats even more beautiful is to know that you are the reason behind it. So, in addition to bringing joy to myself, if watching these videos or VLogs, brings the slightest smile on someone's face, then I will consider myself lucky. For this reason, I have decided to keep my VLogs public. Anyone can watch them, and anyone can pass them on.

I m sure there wouldn't be any 're-takes' in my videos and what I am in the videos is what I am in real-life, but real life doesn't have the facility of 'Cutting/Trimming' unimportant parts, videos do.

To avoid using my personal information and personal profiles, I have created specific Facebook, Twitter, Blogger and Google+ profiles for this activity. You can follow either or all of these profiles for updates. I would recommend subscribing to my Youtube Channel using your Youtube account.
(I couldn't find a consistent 'username' on all websites, so at some places it will be 'AnIndianVlogger' whereas on other places 'TheIndianVlogger' , well.... I guess that's not much of a problem is it? )
